INTERNATIONAL

The strength of our international strategy is based on the quality of both our research partners and our international degree programs. UPMC attracts many international students, which is enriching for our French students, and encourages broader perspectives of global challenges.

As part of the Sorbonne UniversityNouvelle fenêtre group, UPMC is developing an international policy in countries that have superior research and emerging economies based on long-term institutional partnerships with leading universities, business partners, communities and cultural institutions.

Focused in the strategic regions of the world that have been identified by Sorbonne University, these multi-disciplinary partnerships include research, education and innovation, with the following specific goals:

-          Design increasingly international degree programs, including structured exchanges with partners (Erasmus+, Double Degrees).

-          Develop bilingual degree programs, which will not only encourage fluency in English, but also proficiency in other languages, enabling access to the culture of partner countries

-          Stimulate exchanges between professors and researchers, both within Europe and at an international scale.

-          Engage in specific European and international networks

-          Implement multidisciplinary projects particularly with partners in emerging, developing and francophone countries.
