Activities:

The General Affairs Department acts within areas that have legal and institutional aspects such as statutory issues, elections, agreements, litigation and disciplinary sections. In this way, it exercises advisory, assistance and legal expertise functions. It represents the institution in court. 
It ensures the functioning and monitoring of the central committees (Administration Committee, Studies and University Life Committee, Science Committee) and various other committees, particularly the Joint Technical Committee.
It prepares the agreements for volunteer partners. It is responsible for the conferral of awards.
It implements the procedures related to the awarding of contracts.

It is organised into five offices:
